OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

A Crew Member will be comfortable operating onsite equipment as directed, unload and load supplies for the workday, assemble pipe fittings, and comply with all directions from the foreman in regard to project tasks and safety. If you enjoy a productive, busy, and outdoor work environment, then we are the company for you.

ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES

•Prepare and pack up the job site in a way that promotes efficiency and a timely completion of the job.

•Ensure the safety of the team by directing traffic, cleaning the job site, and disposing of debris.

•Interact with clients, project managers, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

•First and foremost, our crew members will follow directions well and maintain safety protocols at all times.

•Previous experience in construction and/or underground utilities is preferred, but not required.

•You must thrive in a deadline-oriented environment and ensure your work contributes to a bigger picture.

•Trenchless values candidates with excellent attendance, reliability, communication, and integrity.

•The ability to meet the crew at different client locations, work outside, physically navigate the job site,travel across Montana, and consistently lift 50 pounds.

 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

✓Up to $30 per hour+ depending on experience with potential for bonuses.

✓PTO included.

✓Room for promotion and growth within the company.

✓Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with evening, weekend, and seasonal overtime.
